was current during the 1960's but have no information as to start/stop dates for it

since it appears on both stem binders and seat binders makes me think it a manufacturer of small bits of hardware much as with ALGI of France

The script looks to say Sprint in Schwinn style script from the 60's, so.....

Maybe one of the suppliers of their cranks, derailleurs, or?
