Building back slowly from a tough 4 yrs... 'slowly' being the key operative.
Spring was tough... last heavy hits of chemo... but now on a hiatus... yeah!
May and June was shoulder dislocation and extreme Food Poisoning - ErythroPathogenic E-Coli, which hit hard until July 4...
rode when I could... walk when I could...
July was way better, and now back ON regular, but much slower than I remember... LOL!
on the bike 6 days a week, trying for 10 hrs, 160-170 mi, depending on amount of climbing vs rouleur.
This past week
154 mi, just about 10 hrs, 11 K climbing, Sunday is now always a load of climbing and group suffering... LOL!
73 seasoned summers (funny, I started life with Baby Powder on my butt, it's now gone down into my shoes... LOL!)
Ride On
