Bought a 1972 Peugeot

I don't really know anything about bicycles, but here's how I acquired this Peugeot. I had a cheap beat up bike that I would use to get to work and back every day - I don't bike as much as many of yall likely do, but I do have to bike four miles a day every weekday just to get to work and back so a functional bike is important to me. Anyways, my old bike got stolen on Friday afternoon, so I set out to buy a new one on Craigslist. Found this Peugeot locally for $250 - no idea if that is fair or not, but the guy wouldn't drop the price a penny and I needed the bike before Monday so I bought it.

Could anyone tell me more about this bike? From the serial number, it was made in 1972, but I have no idea what model it is. Rides really smooth though because the guy I bought it from took apart all the bearings and put new grease in - seems like it makes a difference. All the parts in this thing are French made except for the shifters (made by suntour) and the derailleur (made by tourney). They guy included the original simplex derailleurs with the bike but said these modern ones are an upgrade as the originals break easily. The plastic "wheel" on the original is chipped, but I would be interested in reinstalling it to keep the bike original if I can find an original wheel - any idea where to find something like that?

More details: The brakes are made by MAFAC, the seat is made by ADGA, the front wheel is made by DEA, rear wheel is made by RIGIDA, the crank shaft cover plate is made by NERVAR, and the front wheel hub is just marked "NORMANDY" - I believe that these parts are all made in France, but I have no idea if they are all the original parts the bike came with in 1972.

I would appreciate any information on the bike - for some reason the forum won't let me post pictures until I have made a certain number of posts (it says ten posts or more) but I will share some pictures once I can.
