The top tube dent is somehow almost non noticable when you stand next to it and 25" is my boys size. The clincher set has Phil wood hubs and the tubulars are the factory issue. The only thing that looks like a replacement is the universal side pulls. The serial is e72144 so I'm guessing it's a 72. I dropped it at his house after taking a spin on the clinchers. The brooks pro is awesome and the Phil woods roll like zero friction. The campy derailleurs are just as lousy as the ones I have. All in all a killer bike with room for significant tires. Aaron won't do fenders and a dynamo like I would do but it's his bike and it's excellent!
