im not always serious but i dont outright lie. If i make a claim its always atleast 80% true. Yes i sometimes take my meeting on the ride but im ~5 feet off the back so I cant cause trouble.
i also know some people who ride off the back on the easier days to get a better workout; they play games like letting the group get away then attempt to catch up
