Like anything, condition is important. These look shelf-worn, but they're rims. Either they've never been built and ridden before, or they were cleaned
really well.
The market will not bear a high price for these admittedly decent rims until built up into wheels. I think for old unbuilt shelf-worn tub rims like this I'd try to get them for $25 each or less.
