My 'longevity exercise cardiologist' told me to sell my power lawn mower and buy an old fashion rotary blade push mower.

Works the whole body, has to be done regularly, cardio but not extreme, physical but not extreme. Less dangerous that rock climbing. Big lawn, in season. We all make fitness goals, decisions, actions from a slightly different point of view. I upgraded to an e-mower.
