given no surprises in frame integrity and the key elements are in good condition (replacing chainrings can be pricey...)
and the 'fit' is inline with buyer's expectations.
even though it might be older - 10 spd - I find 10 spd to be awesome good.
I think it's well worth the asking price - for someone who will ride it often/ a lot.
HED wheels of most any age are awesome, dura ace is awesome, rim brakes are totally fine for me.
If I was shopping and it was in my area, I'd be all over that.
... just over the 'black everything' thing... But I could suffer through that and maybe add some discreet 'color' ..
