Yes, excellent shifting. I had 2x10 SLX Shadow (with a clutch), and it was very nice... but Ultegra Di2 is better! I also had Ultegra mechanical for about 2 weeks, on a Canyon Roadlite 7 I bought and subsequently returned. I was not happy with that shifting, even after 2 adjustments at the bike shop. The Di2 is much better.

I also see on your BMC, that you have the seat scooched forward a bit. I need to move up a little closer as well. I ordered a Specialized carbon seatpost that has zero setback. It seems like a trend for bike companies to sell bikes with automatic setback on the saddles. That might work for some riders, but not for me.
