Simple is relative to what you have on hand and what is common with your other bikes I guess. I already have cone wrenches, grease, and two bottles of loose bearings. I don’t have any cartridge bearings on the shelf. The result is that I can service a loose ball hub cheaper and faster than I can get a pair of cartridge bearings ordered. Don’t get me started of the junk bearings sold on Amazon.
