Those look like re-badged (or possibly reverse-engineered?) Kenda Kross Cyclo tires.

As such, expect an actual inflated width of about 29-30mm on vintage touring rims.

I found this style of tire to work surprisingly well both on- and off-road.

Mine (Kendas) took some off-road abuse, but I'm not surprised that I had a rear casing failure under the tread, being that they were very cheaply-made tires.

The price is right if shipping is reasonable.
