I found 6 Sante headsets on Ebay - either alone or in groupsets, and it only took a few seconds of searching.

Yes. There's a difference between authentic and original. Original means it has all the parts it left the factory with (allowing for replacements due to wear) whereas authentic means that all the parts are correct for that year and model. Hence a fork of the exact typed that would have been on it, but adjusted to fit. The same componentry it would have come with, from another of the same model, from the same year.
