I bought an Amsterdam brand dutch bike, most likely from the 70s, and want to start doing an overhaul this weekend.

The LBS sold me a tube of White Lightening Crystal grease for this, but after watching a bunch of Youtube vids and reading Sheldon's pages, I have more questions than I started with.

Do I just use the grease, or should I use a combonation of grease and oil?
Is automatic transmission fluid good to use?
Anything else I need to know?
