Assuming you have a decent/good quality hub, why not just get another CR-18 rim and use your existing hub & spokes?
I would get new nipples if yours aren't smooth turning.
Thanks. I was down in the dumps because vandals had bent my wheel. I recovered my confidence, bought another CR-18, built a wheel today. I hope it works.
