I'm gonna say its an ok deal, don't know who made them, someone here does but they had Merz build several frames for them before this so they had pretty high standards it would seem. Hopefully they carried it forward and I think they did to a certain degree.
Many were made by BMZ (Biemmezeta) so if this one is it may have those letters stamped on the BB shell. I also think it's a fair price: not a crashing hot price but worth the $$ if it's your size and on your list.
