I bought an R12 road bike in July, that arrived 9 days after ordering. I liked it so much the I ordered another frame in pearl white. That added 3 weeks to delivery time, but no extra cost. 1215 dollars for a frame, seatpost and integrated handlebars with no freight, sales tax or customs duties is a steal.
