Look here to see the correct layout of the shift levers. It looks like you are missing the second "domed" piece, and perhaps there is a mix of parts in there but everything should work if you get that last missing piece.....

(I know you have the nicer levers but I had a set and all the other pieces were identical to the crappy plastic wrapped with metal levers).....
