Almost certainly not. The hubs are New Departure internals, if I recall correctly. Both New Departure/Morrow (and later, but not too later, Bendix) used the same threading on the sprocket.
You can find 1/2" pitch sprockets periodically on ebay/very occasionally on vintage sites like Loose Screws. Please beware that the sprockets, if they come installed on the hub, are incredibly tight. Apparently, the only way to reliably remove them back in the day was to chuck the driver in a machine lathe, engage the brake, and turn it off with a long chain whip; most manufacturers simply recommended replacing the driver when the sprocket was worn out. I cut a slot down through the spoke-replacement slot with, at first, a cutoff wheel, then a diamond scribe when the radius of the cutoff wheel got too close to the hub. Firmly clamping the sprocket in a vise, I finished splitting it with a cold chisel; after a mighty crack, it was still a fight to remove it with a 20" chain whip.
Anyways, I investigated the track sprocket thing early on with my Morrow hubs, and though I don't remember if it is too small to fit (suspect)/too large, I know it definitely does not fit at all.
