These could easily be shop stickers, and even unrelated ones. Since Google confirms Giada is a female name and also mean Jade in Italian they could even be totally unrelated, e.g. looking at your frame, its small enough to be used by a woman and the decal seems off in design (seems more modern I mean, but some companies had modern logos even in the 80's) for the possible age of the frame. Speaking of which, it is really nice and well preserved, since these cromovelato paints (transparent tinted lacquer on polished chrome) used to flake off in big chunks. More pictures would be welcome for a better id, I cannot decide if the small size tricks my eyes, but the chain stays seem wide like those seen on Columbus MAX frames (although they are tapered before going into the bottom bracket shell, but the rest of the bike looks more like Columbus SL, Are any of the main triangle's tubes tapered? Any frame numbers or other identifiers on it? Look if you can find a dove logo in an oval, on the fork steerer tube.
Unfortunately it will be difficult to id the frame, however there are plenty of people who even recognized custom builders' works based on small details. The folding bike stands out more from the crowd with a feature not seen on most of the others (usually the chain stay and seat stays are bent from 1 tube and the rack is an addition, but here the rack and chainstay are one, and the seat stay is the added plus) it would be easy to recognize if I would find pictures of another one, but as stated, that and your are not necesary related.
