Always thought that most of the bike racks that are installed by municipalities are huge wastes of funds designed by people who do not ride and sold by people who are only interested in money situated by distant architects planned by disinterested bureaucrats and installed by hapless contract construction workers only interested in getting the job done and going home (in a car).
