Your frame was manufactured in February 1986 by a Taiwan based company called Merida. They were a known manufacturer for some of the entry level Univega models during this era. The hub date code indicates November 1985. A four month differential between the component and frame dates would not be considered out of the ordinary. Enjoy your new acquisition!
