I've stuck the dia-compe hoods on Shimano 600 Arabesque levers, with no problems. I get 'em via www.biketoolsetc.com, another good source. They also sell the Velox cloth bar tape... although www.rivbike.com has a wider color selection.

For the bar ends, I'd look for an old pair of the Suntour barcons. Prolly need to ebuy 'em though you can check local shops. Very good stuff.
