​​​​​​1980 Mercian "King of Mercia" 51cm - offered as frame and headset OR as a complete bike. This is a full Reynolds 531 double butted frame - main tubes, stays and fork. Beautiful lug work with custom-cut heart shapes. There are braze-ons for a down tube waterbottle, otherwise no others, so a nice candidate for a single speed or fixie. The color is maroon with contrasting gold bands. The paint is in very good shape, some wear to the seat tube 531 decal. There are no dents. Just a really nice vintage frame, a very comfortable ride with the unmatched feel of 531 steel.

Dimensions are 51cm seat tube, center to center; top tube is 53cm measure center to center.
