Peugeot ex-PX50L
Here’s my current gravel companion, retromod 1975 Peugeot PX50L from France. Modifications: disc brakes, shortened+widened rear triangle, full length cable housing holders for rear brake and a headtube replacement. Between paint and clearcoat, reproduction stickers matching originals were applied.
Straight steerer 1 1/8” chinesium carbon fork with a/c and rake matching to original fork was also painted to match the bike.
Rolling on 47-584 rubber, shifting gears with Sensah/Shimano 1x8 setup (36-11/32) and ride comfort is provided by that sweet Cambium C17 saddle. I’m usually riding with that diy rear rack/saddlebag for tools, gear & picnic supplies. Current mismatching parts-bin crankset is going to be replaced with more contemporary setup right after new parts arrive in the mail.
