BIDDING: By bidding on items bidders understand & accept that: items are represented to the best of our ability, we are not experts in any field and items may be used or aged, and may contain minor unseen faults the buyer will take full responsibility for.

SHIPPING: For combined shipping, please check box all items you wish to combine and proceed with payment for all items at the same time. Our location only ships via USPS and FedEx. Total shipping weight must be under 70lbs. If you want Signature Confirmation Service, it will cost an additional fee that varies based on carrier and you will need to request it by email prior to online payment. If you need to ensure your package, please reach out to us before payment as it may require an additional fee. If the item is returned to us because a signature could not be obtained, or if an item is returned to us as undeliverable/unclaimed it is the buyer’s responsibility to contact us within 14 days and pay the additional postage to mail it again otherwise items returned to us will be considered a donation and relisted at our discretion. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered by carrier and stolen from property. Goodwill will not be liable, and all refund requests will be denied.

Return Policy: Merchandise is sold As Is. Returns will only be accepted with prior authorization and under the terms stated in this Return Policy. If you have questions regarding the quality or authenticity of this item please contact Goodwill of Southern Nevada prior to placing your bid. Items may be returned within seven (7) days of receipt if the merchandise was damaged during shipping or if there was a major distortion in the description. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. All other return / refund requests will be considered at our discretion and a 20% restocking fee will apply. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES.

PICK UPS: Pick-up customers must make payment 24 hours prior to a pick-up. No exceptions will be accepted. All payments have to be submitted at www.shopgoodwill.com

Saturday-Sunday: Closed for Pick-Up

Pick-Up Customers must provide their picture ID and order number to receive their order.
