I stop wearing shorts, in general, in the low eighties. Mid eighties today, and many of the people I passed on their motorcycles had hoodies, and jackets on. Cold is a relative thing.
Of course MC riding is totally different with regard to heat generated from exercise and cooling generated from apparent wind speeds.
