Ignoring what appears to be electrical tape for bar tape and duct tape (?) keeping the shifter housing tight to the frame, if seller has the front wheel it's well worth $50. I believe those are
SL-BS77 9 speed Dura Ace shifters (probably used as friction but who knows as no drive side photo).
