Hello there, so I am looking at getting a Nitto tallex quill stem in 120. I have heard that they measure them differently. I have always measure from the center of the quill bolt to the center of the bars. I measure a friends who said it was a 120 I measured at 115. So what is everyone's consensus. If I need a 120 Nitto should I actually get a 130?
