More pictures would be helpful, but I can see it has a 'bridgeless' BB shell and appears to be Diamante chain stays, so at least 1986. The brake bridge would be helpful to ID the year more exactly.
Just leaving a photo of the earlier, bridged BB here as an example. They're fairly easy to spot - even from the bottom - if you know what to look for:
