It looks like this bicycle remains a work in progress. Just days ago he posted photos of seat post hardware reduced 70gm by replacement of Nuovo Record steel with Super Record alloy brackets, more drillium, and OMAS alloy bolts.
It certainly seems his goal is to complete the bicycle at sub 7kg. Time will tell.
