Cannondale touring bikes are very nice. Stiff as heck, especially if ridden unloaded, but a very nice touring rig indeed. I like the details such as the double eyelets on the rear dropout and the eyelets on the fork legs, in addition to the eyelets on the front dropouts. Nice bike! I don't know what year, but you might do some research and find out what years the CAAD2 aluminum was used, that would narrow it down some.
