A scuba diving trick I learned was to spit inside your goggles/face mask and swirl that around to prevent fogging. Unfortunately you can’t rinse the goggles like you can the face mask but at least you won’t be so fogged up as to render the goggles useless. I read that you removed the foam inserts which works too unless you forget your hooded cap.
