The Trek site says it's a 31.8 mm stem with a 17 degree rise. Your stem is flipped down and the 31.8 refers to the size of the handlebar (or oversize). If the stem is a bontrager you can look at the part that connects to the steerer tube and the length will be stamped. If not you can measure the stem center to center.
I don't know if this bike fits you . . . but, it certainly looks like it's ready to go: it looks a lot like the setup that I prefer, e.g., the tops of the bars are about level with the saddle so you still have the use of the drops if you need to take a more aggressive positon, such as against a headwind: otherwise, it looks comfortable. Plus, I like triples.
