It looks like a low end frame with low end brakes. Then someone got a hold of a GT decal set and an old Dura-Ace crank and pieced this together. I am all for inexpensive frames, however, don't be fooled by the decals and components. If someone is trying to pass this off as special or a true GT they should be ashamed. There seems to be plenty of bike flippers that are willing to try to pitch such things to make more money. And they often succeed. It is too bad.
