I found one on Ebay for twice what I paid for the bike! And I ain't gonna pay that kind of money for something I might hate. Here's a pic from the 1981 Lotus catalog - not in Navy like mine, but in the other color, which they called "Violet" "Lotus Pink".




BUT, the saddles are similar to the old San Marco Concor, which I can find new in brown smooth leather, or used in brown suede. The current saddle is a Concor derivative, which I got to replace the Concor Superleggera that I got with the bike, but one of the solid aluminum rails broke (apparently how these meet their demise). I think a new brown Concor would look sweet!
