I'm hoping fredlord is referring to those old 'trough' urinals they had in old 2nd-class multi-purpose stadiums. Get a sheet metal shop to 'fold' one for you with a few drain holes to hook up and you're good to go. Cheaper than installing a whole wall full of porcelain and the individual fresh & waste piping for each.
