Bikes: '25 Jamis Renegade S1, '18 Quick 1,'04 Trek 2300, '97 730 Multitrack, '95 750 Multitrack, and a few others

Getting the FSA BB out turned out to be a pain. Finally got both sides loose and started disassembly. Bearings themselves were fine.



Then I found a surprise!


Most of the sand was on the drive side

I had my own hidden beach inside the BB. No sand in the bearing.
