Early 80s Univegas were big users of the single bolt mounted shift levers. That Shimano 600 AX shifter puts this frame around 1982. The remaining Arabesque parts were used around 78-85. Nice details on lugs of frame suggest it is a decent bike. That gruppo and rims alone make it a good deal. Would be fun to solve the mystery of this frame.
