I was pretty sure I had seen one of these before, took a minute and not much info but does appear to be a "Hamilton" fork is different than GT's I have seen as well as lug on "triangle" on the yellow one below. Then I found the bottom pic, from one of my previous posts here, these bikes take 24" wheels.
