Here's a Rotrax I owned a few years back. Salvaged from the scrap pile at the recycling centre with Cinelli bars/stem and Campy pista cranks. It had the long point headtube lugs with cut outs which I went weak at the knees over... had the arched rear bridge as well.
Sadly, it rode like a fully laden supertanker, ponderous and dull... and yes, the tires were inflated and the headset was smooth. I presume it was set up for English time trial use where steering the bike was not necessary. Sold it to someone in Australia...
