Reflective Tape for Rims: A Symmetrical Solution?

I'm a nightrider who's exhausted with searching for tires with reflective sidewalls. My reflective Conti GPs road tires are no longer made.

Reflective "anything" simply weighs too much!

Has anyone developed a way to replicate the entirely circular strip of reflection that a reflex / reflective tire does?

And, yes, according to scientific research, it's the ENTIRE circular strip that is needed to activate the proper neurons of the avg non-cylclist, automobile operator to get the message that says, HELLO...... IT'S A BIKE!!!!!

ADDITION: I USE TWO 750 LUMEN HEADLAMPS, AND 3 CYGOLITE HOTSHOTS IN THE REAR.
