If everything else was done correctly, then your fork's flat mount may not be square and flat, causing the caliper to move around and loosen the screws. Take the bike to the dealer and have them check it - if it is wrong they will use a facing tool to make the area flat and square under warranty.

No, epoxy and especially gooey tape aren't going to solve the problem.
