Does anyone know the full Canadian retail price of the 2006 Eurus? I haven't seen the new catalog yet. Also is it true that the 06's don't need rim tape? "Both rims have an upper bridge that is free of holes. This is a significant weight saving, thanks to the lack of rim tape, and gives the wheel greater torsional stiffness and greater vertical elasticity." From the Campy site. This sounds convienient considering the complaints people were having with the green plastic tape that was supplied with older models. This would mean that you no longer true the wheel by removing the tire and tube right? Judging by the images on their site you would true them like a regular wheel.
PS. what does rim tape weigh? is it really a "significant weight savings"?

Also what color do you guys think, I have the flat black soloist with mostly black parts (except for the DA Drivetrain), so go with black, or maybe the silver, for contrast so they stand out (like they wouldn't standout in black anyway)?
