Looks like a once cool mountain bike relegated to campus commuter duty with a hideous rack adapter to the rear stays. That model was definitely in the enthusiast grade category with good parts, but the parts are a bit scratched up so likely aren’t worth much for a part of out, but cleaned up and serviced would make a nice rider again
