Main thing I added to mine were fenders. Front and rear are from Mudhugger. Downtube fender is some sort of SKS. I ride a lot of wet and mud with the fatbike, and this setup keeps me completely dry and mud-free other than my shoes. Other than that, a PNW Dropper, CF bar, 45NTH Van Helga tubeless tires (lost a lot of tire/tube weight there. Also swapped the Tektro brake calipers for some bb7s and swapped the 160 front rotor for a 180. Everything but the tires I already had laying around.
