I was able to ride it down the driveway, and got through the first busy intersection alive, so it must be good enough"
...that being said, there was a coaster brake bike I put together and the chain fell off when the light turned green(for me) at The Busy Intersection. If I had lost the chain with a red light..... It would not have been good enough! ha!
ps: Also the head tube spacers used for the smaller steerer tube fork eat up even more of the steerer tube length. It's a bodge, almost a complete bodge.
