15 - 20 mile rides i wouldn't even bother with padded shorts. Regular cargo shorts with many pockets will be just fine for such short rides. If you absolutely need padded shorts for whatever reason then go with what CAT7RDR suggested. Those look like really nice and practical pair of shorts, all those pockets can be very useful.
