After the turning the hub part, I pull and push a few times, then leave the syringe attached with suction pressure, several hours or overnight. Have it at the low point, of course.
And ignore any DUMB advice to fill with just 15 ml. I put in at least 23 ml. The oil does disappear, especially the QR ones. Mine is gladly bolted with ex box.
My last oil change it was way too long coming and had very little left. I'm starting to think I should add about 8 ml at 1,500 miles.
But I have done 2 tours at about 4,000 miles and didn't do anything and I was carrying the stuff. LOL.
But it did seem to wear in down quieter. LOL.
Last year I finally decided to change the cables, after 8 years, 19,000 miles.
I have everything to change the seals, but still waiting. The head office doesn't allow us doing that anymore either. WTH.
