Cool! Just happened to be taking an ice cream break after rebuilding my weight clamps/collars on the weights I just acquired!
The Marcy cable/Smith cage set up that I’m looking to get doesn’t come with weights.
I got a one(1)” and a two(2)” Olympic bar.
Serious weight here!

I got these just before he was going to throw them out!
He’d already thrown out the full cast dumbbell set!!!
I just don’t understand some people!
Even if you don’t use them(he could), I believe that they are being sold for at least $1.00 a lbs!
I already have a Total Gym that I added extra weight to and that’s my indoor gym.
They work and don’t take up a lot of space.
They are easy on the 68 year old(69 in April) joints!
I used PB Blaster…outside!
Used it once inside!
Even had trouble using in the attached garage!
Heating system would distribute it throughout the house two days after I used it!
This stuff is the Shiz!
