Wait a minute! You got a pair of good wheels with tubular rims for quickness, and a set of touring wheels with Weinmann concaves and your thinking about rebuilding them? I would ask you to ride both sets and decide after riding the pair to see the difference. I think it is a great find as is and congrats on the purchase. Smiles, MH
